V Shaped Wedding Bands FAQs

A V-shaped wedding band (sometimes called a chevron wedding ring or curved band) is designed with a gentle dip or point that forms a "V" shape. It's the perfect choice if you want a wedding band that frames your engagement ring beautifully. At Temple and Grace, we make V-shaped wedding bands in gold, platinum, and diamond styles to suit every engagement ring design.

The biggest reason is fit. A V-shaped or curved ring sits flush against engagement rings with larger or unusual settings, such as solitaires, halos, or pear-shaped stones. This creates a seamless look without gaps. Many brides also love V-bands as stylish stackable rings they can wear on their own.

Yes, and they're very popular. A diamond V wedding band adds sparkle while still maintaining the unique chevron silhouette. At Temple and Grace, you can choose from pavé-set diamonds, channel-set diamonds, or custom diamond V bands, all crafted with precision.

The most loved options include yellow gold V wedding bands, white gold chevron bands, rose gold curved wedding rings, and platinum V bands. Temple and Grace also make lab-grown diamond V-shaped rings for those who want sparkle with an eco-conscious touch.

Absolutely. Temple and Grace are specialists in custom V-shaped wedding bands. You can bring in your engagement ring, and our jewellers will handcraft a fitted V-band that matches it perfectly. From simple gold V bands to diamond-studded chevron wedding rings, your piece will be uniquely yours.

Yes. A V-shaped band is elegant and distinctive enough to be worn on its own, especially when set with diamonds. Many brides also stack their V-shaped wedding rings with eternity bands or plain gold bands for a layered, fashionable look.

Not at all. While most are designed as women's V-shaped wedding bands, Temple and Grace also craft bold men's V-style wedding rings and custom chevron-inspired designs for couples who want matching styles.

Yes. Despite their unique shape, V wedding bands are carefully designed for comfort. Temple and Grace use a comfort-fit profile so the band sits smoothly against your finger, making it ideal for everyday wear.

Yes. Every Temple and Grace V-shaped wedding ring is handcrafted with solid gold, platinum, or diamonds and comes with a lifetime warranty, free unlimited resizing, and complimentary polishing for life.
